Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day

Did you know August 28th is Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day? This day was originally created to honour our companion animals who have moved on.

This day reminds us of the undeniable and special connection between humans and their pets: the unwavering love they share and their reminders to be present, to be silly, and to always take advantage of a good sunbeam nap.

Today, in observation of Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day, we invite you to give a special gift in honour of a pet who lives in your heart and has changed your life forever.

When you donate below, you can choose to give in honour of a beloved companion. Your thoughtful gift will pay tribute to their life and bring hope and healing to animals in need today. 🌈

🎵 Thank you @desireedawsonmusic for gifting us with “you’re who I see”. 100% of the proceeds from the song purchases on Bandcamp will go to the Vancouver Humane Society’s McVitie Fund.
