Accessing housing when you have pets is difficult. Accessing housing on a limited income with a pet is nearly impossible. The Vancouver Humane Society is partnering with social service agencies to break down these barriers and support the pets of guardians who are seeking shelter or long-term housing while caring for a pet.
From vaccines and flea medicine, to spay/neuter surgeries, this program ensures that low-income pet guardians can continue to care for their beloved pets during challenging circumstances.
