How much of the profit goes to the Vancouver Humane Society?
All of it! The cost of the item/s you buy covers the cost of production, and all “profits” go directly to helping animals.
What will the money raised do?
All proceeds will further the cause of reducing and eliminating animal suffering. It will help provide education and support advocacy efforts on the inherent rights and needs of all animals.
What does pre-order mean? When will I get my order?
Pre-order means you’re the first to get in line to get these new items AND provide your support to VHS. While it may mean you have to wait a little longer than your regular Amazon delivery, rest assured, it’s on it’s way and you should receive it in the next month or so.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the item. When you enter the item into your cart, it will automatically populate the shipping cost so you can see before you place your order.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We are able to ship outside of Canada, but it will mean additional shipping costs. Get in touch with us and we can give you an estimate.
