When sweet little Chloe-Jane’s cheeks and nose started swelling, her loving guardian Ronnie urgently rushed her to the vet for an examination.

Her teeth were making it difficult for her to chew and therefore she stopped eating. Thankfully she was still lapping up a good amount of water.

The vet confirmed that both sides of Chloe-Jane’s gums were infected and she had two abscessed teeth. Chloe-Jane needed several teeth removing at a cost of more than $600.

Ronnie is struggling on low income and was advised by her vet to contact VHS for support from the McVitie Fund.

The McVitie Fund offers a safety net for loving animal guardians that are struggling to pay for their animals urgent veterinary care needs. The generosity of our supporters enables VHS to continue running this program.
